RETURN CRITERIA

1. Item must be returned in unused condition along with the original packaing and proctective seals. 

2. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

3. All returns will be issued store credit only, we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. We do not accept exchanges, store credit will be issued which can be redeemed to purchase another item.

4. Return shipping must be delivered in a secure and protected packaging using a tracked method. VOCARO will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused in return transit. VOCARO is not responsible for return shipping costs.

We do our best to accept all return items however if the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

PRODUCT DEFECT POLICY
Our 30 days product defect policy upon receipt provides the orginial consumer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent it from functioning properly under normal use. Faults in materials and workmanship doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, batteries, glass breakage, water damage, damage from misuse, user error, accidental damage, change of mind, alteration or repair service performed by thrid parties.

When your product has been delivered, before removing tags and wearing It. Please inspect if the product is in good condition and working perfectly.
