Please allow for one working day for your order to be dispatched - Excluding public holidays (Australia). The shipping timeframe is an estimate from the day the order has been dispatched.
STANDARD SHIPPING (FREE)
We have partnered with Australia Post to ensure timely delivery of your goods. Australia Post will deliver your parcel within 4-7 business days from the day of dispatch.
We also offer EXPRESS service for a flat rate of $8 AUD per order. Express deliveries arrive usually between 1-3 business days.
A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days from shipment, give your local Post Office a call just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (For our UK and Canada customers we are not responsible for taxes, duties or import charges. These are payable by the customer upon arrival at the destination country)
We offer FREE international shipping (tracked) which will deliver your parcel within 7-10 business days from the day of dispatch. As well as EXPRESS service for a flat rate of $25 AUD which arrives between 5-8 business days.
